Hello I am a Newbie Steemit User

Hi, everyone, I am a new Steemit user, and I am impressed with the platform so far. The blog posts are well written, and the community seems very welcoming. I would like to start blogging here, I have spent many years as a freelance writer and enjoy many topics such as technology, travel, cryptocurrency, marketing, business, and much more. I hope to bring my diverse knowledge to the Steemit community and be an asset to the community. Anyone have any pointers on getting started? How long have you been a steemit user and do you find it to be a fulfilling pastime and source of information? What do you a suggest a newbie do next after introducing oneself?
