To those looking to help #newbieresteemday, here's 2 ways to help today. (completely optional and always appreciated) :)

awesome... that would be great... I think we should also introduce her to the community if she wants to meet us too... I think a lot of people will try to help her to get back on her feet too. very good job of letting me know and let me know when you hear back from her and what the plans are!

Ty!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!! I think she would enjoy as well as wants to meet more in the steemit community!

I have also asked @lynncoyle1 to get with you and help and also @foxyspirit. That way we can have more attention to her and less burden on any one of you. Let me know if you hear from her and how things are going. We are ready to get her the phone as soon as we have the address.

I haven't heard from her yet. I think she was going to try and get to the library today but I got tied up with realities of my world and time got away from me. I did speak with my cousin who I thought was in Minn but turns out she's in Wisconsin. 😕. My brain doesn't always remember correctly. However my cousin did give me info for a church there that has a woman's transitional housing program. I mentioned it to hickory in comments and I think I dm'd her on Facebook too but I didn't catch her if she was on. I do see she blogged again.

I imagine she is overwhelmed right now... so many are trying to help her... I understand. If you get her address then we can ship that phone and I'm already collecting donations to get her at least 30 day service. Plus at some point it might die down and she can learn how to use the platform.

You were the start of a great thing @luanne. It was really awesome how a little message grew so fast and so big. I'm thankful that you noticed her situation and I feel like she's going to be ok!

Let me know if you make contact!

ps and my brain can't remember those northwestern states either... :)

Will do! I'll message for that address too! She's a tough cookie for sure and what amazes me is how young she is and raising 3 kids on her own!!!
