I think the goal is to make the Website as interactive as possible, adding a chat and taking advantage of so many tools like other social media or apps like discord or Teamspeak. Teamspeak is a great way to encourage collaboration and true interaction between users as it's simpler than discord

Another important feature is to whitelist the community, doing a check of who is joining in to avoid bots and crappy content, also to help the newbies to grow is necessary to maximize the communication between older users and newbies. Doing emphasis in using social media and 3rd party apps
