They don't mention what happens if there are multiple winners so I think that it would be shared between them equally.

They have an open area where one can just sit down with a paper and pencil and figure out what number one wants to bet on and how much per ticket. For those who aren't good at math they also provide those people with little calculators as well as pens that work under water so that you don't have to worry about having them confiscated at security. The minimum bet is P100 and the maximum is P1,000.
In the area outside of where you buy your ticket they have a board that displays all of the winning numbers in case you forget what they were when you get home to check if you won anything. They also have a video recording of the draws just in case someone claims that it was rigged or tampered with in some way shape or form.
When I went there last I saw two ladies who looked to be about 30 years old and one guy who couldn't have been much older than 25 so this showes that even younger people can participate as well which is nice for those who wanted to join but didn't think that they were allowed to.
In other news, I just successfully played the lottery and won a few thousand pounds! I should have been more specific in saying that you can play from around there but a lot of their customers buy a couple of hundred pounds worth at a time so really...you can play from anywhere with an access to the internet.
