I myself am going to start what I call a "Good Book". On the front of the book im going to put a picture of something that screams happiness or fun to me. Inside it will be like a loose journal. I will list all the good things that happened to me that day. It could be something like I found money in a pants pocket, or that I rode the elevator with a beautiful woman. Anything that you see as good. Im going to review the list before going to bed.
