So as many of you have seen hurricane Harvey has just laid down in Texas the funny part about this is the nursing homes have not been evacuated and if any of you read rush today it clearly shows a nursing home filled with residents elderly residents submerged under water.

It took the manager to go on Twitter and put the Coast Guard on digital blast to get them to put the nursing facility on their priority list why was this Nursing Facility not evacuated prior to the storm as they probably already knew that it was in the flood zone .
Our question to you is why should someone have to go on internet to Twitter to get the government to do anything that they should have already previously done prior to the storm this seriously indicates severe negligence on the part of the nursing facility and local government officials in Houston.
