WhatsApp has been doing message messaging for people around the globe over 10 years.
However, soon this messaging app will stop working on many smartphones. The company has been confirmed that this app is going to be expired for many devices.
Many old devices will not be able to run the Whatsapp because they will not have the capability to handle the app's new features.
The company said that some devices will not be able to run the Whatsapp immediately, while others will become inaccessible for the end of 2018.
According to the company, if you use any of the smartphones included in the list, upgrade your phone to a new operating system. To keep the app enabled, your Android operating system should be 4.0+, iPhone IOS 7+ and Windows Phone 8.1+.
Nokia
The Whatsapp will be disabled on Nokia S 40 this year's end. Nokia's Asha series will also stop running the app. Recent users can not create a new account nor can existing accounts be avoided. The Whatsapp will also stop working on the Nokia Symbian S60.
Android
Whatsapp will not run on all smartphones that have Android 2.1 (Excel) and Android 2.2 (sales). Those who have Android 2.3.7 (Android Gingerbread) will get updates for more than two years.
Blackberry
Users who are using BlackBerry OS, BlackBerry 10 and older, will have the Whatsapp disabled.
Windows Phone
All users who are using Windows Phone 8.0 will not receive Whatsapp updates this year. The Messaging app does not run in Windows Phone 7 too.
