HATJ and RKB Have Been Convicted #OPPT / #IUV

Interesting use of language in the write-up. No mention that the "online bank" is the Federal Reserve. To my knowledge, neither HATJ or RKB have EVER referred to themselves as "sovereign citizens" -- that's legalese for less-informed truthers or freedom fighters. I washed my hands of OPPT after HATJ's round table discussion with Michael Tellinger and others, just a few days before OPPT was dissolved on March 18th, 2013. It's a shame that they've been convicted.

Wow. I was kind of thinking that might happen. SMH. I don't know her but I know the system is crooked as hell, so... hmmm... Yep pretty sure I think she (they) got screwed. Thanks for sharing this!

I blogged about it extensively, back in early 2013, and was very active in a few FB groups. I honestly think HATJ became a targeted individual when she did the round table with Michael Tellinger on March 13th/14th. She's Jesuit-trained and had previously turned-down an exceptional job offer from the Rothschilds to NOT pursue the UCC filings.

(and you're welcome!)

One more thing... Yeah, you are right, I think, about the "Sovereign Citizens" bit. The thing is the govt and LEO tossed out into the mainstream propaganda networks, a whole bunch of nonsense trying to preempt all of the people trying to claim individual sovereignty. Which you clearly know is different from the "Citizen" label. Any time you try to discuss the concept of Sovereignty with people (or at least when I have, they instantly get the "Sovereign Citizen" programming up and running and they can't grasp the concept of what is really going on AT ALL. They tune it right out because they 'heard somewhere once' that that was a bad, bad thing. It would be funny if it were not so damn sad!

Back in 2012, there was a particularly active "Freeman on the Land" in the States and Canada. Using any kind of label other than "man" or "woman" pretty much guarantees harassment by The Establishment.

I have not seen that particular round table event with Micheal Tellinger. I'll see if I can find it and check it out, if it's still up anywhere. I've read and seen so much about her that I just don't know what to think. In my mind anything concerning her, and her situation encompasses about 30 to 50 different people all having their own angle on every situation she comes up in. A lot of them I like, and a lot of them seem to have very differing view points on any thing discussed. Seems like a lot of different interests all mixed up into a stew. Lol. I SMH though, because if she is really trying to do something good, she's hanging 'out there' with very little support from the masses she'd be trying to help, and with the full force of the machine making an example out of her. I am no stranger to the tactics I imagine they are using, but on that scale... damn. Any word of the sentencing? My concern is her becoming a forgotten martyr on behalf of the mindless willing slaves to the system.

The round table took place March 13th or 14th, 2013. I tend to agree with Judge Anna on this one: OPPT did a good thing, but they didn't go far enough.

As someone who knows Heather very well, the media's continuous usage of the label "Sovereign Citizen" is yet another indictment of world of journalism. If any of them had actually read any of the court transcripts (from the first court appearance in November) they would know that Heather continuously denied the label "Sovereign Citizen" and in fact had to educate the court on the definition of "Sovereign"- a title that she has always refused to accept or acknowledge.

I will definitely read the transcripts on this case once it's released.

I agree, wholeheartedly. These days, "Sovereign Citizen" carries about the same weight as "Conspiracy Theorist." It is a term that gets tossed around when referring to almost anybody who questions the legitimacy of the acting powers that be. I am especially reminded of a bank in Washington State that observes the land jurisdiction, and not corporate code--its chartered by a group of First Nations. The FBI and RCMP made a joint effort to advise the public that anybody who cashes their cheques would be guilty of money-laundering and/or fraud. The bank managed to exist without interference, until their website became popular. They eventually took the site down, and removed themselves from the Internet.
