BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:20 P.M.) - In a new 54 minute long speech for the 'Eid Al-Adha holiday, the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) leader, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, instructed his followers to keep fighting, despite their several setbacks across Syria, Iraq, and Libya.

“For the Mujahideen (holy warriors) the scale of victory or defeat is not dependant on a city or town being stolen or subject to that who has aerial superiority, intercontinental missiles or smart bombs,” Baghdadi said in his recording.

The terror chief then turned his attention to U.S., claiming that Washington is going through its worst time in its entire existence.

"America is going through the worst time in its entire existence," the terrorist leader said.

He then criticized the Syrian rebels for reconciling with the government in southern Syria; however, he would later urge the remaining fighters to join his forces in reclaiming the country.

The terrorist leader would conclude his speech by urging his followers to also keep attacking the west and Shiite Muslims across the world.

Baghdadi conducts these type of speeches from time to time in order to rally his forces after suffering several defeats and setbacks on the battlefield.
