BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:00 A.M.) - Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad attended 'Eid Al-Fitr prayers at the Khadijah Mosque in the Tartous Governorate on Friday morning, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported.
Also joining the President Assad was the Syrian Grand Mufti Ahmad Badreddine Hassoun and several other officials from Damascus and Tartous.
Assad often makes public trips during religious and Syrian holidays, but they are never announced a head of time due to security reasons.
