Nilphamari-4 (Saidpur-Kishoreganj) has declared the nomination papers of BNP nominee Baby Najene as legal.
After the scrutiny of the nominations, Returning Officer and Nilphamari District Commissioner Nazia Shirin announced the decision on Sunday (December 2).
