Barcelona captain, legend and midfielder Andres Iniesta announced recently he will retire from Barcelona after 21 years playing for the Spanish giants. The Spaniard has clarified his next club will be 'off the record' and 'just to keep playing'. The question was where? Many clubs expressed interest however Iniesta is well past his prime and did not want to play at a professional standard. Earlier yesterday morning he announced his transfer to Japanese club Vissel Kobe. It is sad to see yet another legend reaching retirement age however I wish him the best of luck in Japan and he will forever be remembered at Barcelona and throughout the world as the magician of football.
