One of the best arguments for God and the Bible is the fact that the Jews survived as a people for 1900 years after they lost their land. Most Native American tribes are severely interbred with other peoples or they've disappeared completely in less than 200 years.

Another argument would be the complete historical accuracy of the Bible. It describes real people, real places, and real events. Nothing in the Bible has every been disproved. There are always people who think it's wrong but are then proven wrong themselves later.

The Bible contains eyewitness testimony about Jesus Christ by people who knew him. That would Matthew, John, Peter, Jude, James, and Paul. There were also books written by those who talked with eyewitnesses. As Luke said,

(Luke 1:1-4 NIV) Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, {2} just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word. {3} Therefore, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, it seemed good also to me to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, {4} so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught.
