My opinion
I think that Deyshia Hargrave's first amendment right to free speech was violated. That she was falsely arrested. and that she was assaulted by that office with the full approval of the school board and the superintendent.
I didn't know we were living in a communist country. I thought that this was the United States of America and that our constitution was supposed to mean something to people.
This story reminds me of what happened to Utah nurse Alex Wubbels when a police officer demanded that she break the law and was arrested when she refused.
Deyshia Hargrave was in a public place addressing the school board when she was assaulted and dragged away because she had the nerve to express her opinion of the raise that the superintendent got.
If that happened to me I would be suing the entire school board and the officer for violating my first amendment rights, false arrest, and assault.
I also feel that the entire school board should be removed.
