London Mayor Sadiq Khan has called for the introduction of gender-neutral toilets across the capital to reflect the needs of LGBT people. Elsewhere in the UK, however, people are far from embracing the all-inclusive approach.

Who is this going to benefit? Certainly not men. Men can use urinals very quickly with very little fuss, time and bother. It's also more environmentally friendly as it uses far less water. If toilets become unisex, men will have to use cubicles, and who wants to lift up toilet seats? Then we will have women complaining that there are 'mishaps' because men don't sit down whilst 'seeing a man about a dog'. Then there will be a campaign by feminists to make men sit down when they are using the conveniences.
