What Happened Last Night?

Houston police reportedly came across Alva in the middle of the street with a pistol in his hand sometime after midnight. The officer stated that when they told him to drop the weapon, he proceeded to raise it along with his hands into the air, before pointing the weapon at the officers resulting in them firing upon him numerous times.

Is it hard to see what exactly happened that night by the video, but the officers were both wearing body cams so the truth will hopefully come forward soon.
