David Bonderman resigns Uber’s board after making a joke about women.

The billionaire David Bonderman, Uber board member, resigned after making a joke, he said, inappropriate. The joke interrupted Arianna Huffington, also a board member, while she explained about Uber's advantages in having more women driving.

“There’s a lot of data that shows when there’s one woman on the board, it’s much more likely that there will be a second woman on the board” - said Huffington.

“Actually,” said Bonderman, “what it shows is, it’s much likely there'll be more talking.”
