You've probably already heard about the "Florida Man" game and if you haven't this is how it is done: You type in your birthday (not the year) and "florida man" into your search engine of choice and see what sort of absurd crime someone in Florida did on that date. It almost always results in something crazy.

I don't know what it is about living in Florida that encourages people to do such crazy stuff but it does seem to be the case. I've been to Florida a number of times and it seems like a lovely place to live so it boggles the mind that people get involved in such strange crimes there.
In a recent "Florida Man" event the crime was that of a clearly disturbed individual who called 9-1-1 emergency hotline a number of times telling emergency services that they need to arrest Joe Biden. He also demanded the release of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, who is some sort of drug kingpin.
The man's name who made the calls was released to the public and he is Jacob Philbeck. They don't give us much more information about the guy but I don't really need it in order to understand that this guy is not right in the head.

There are probably a lot of people out there that wouldn't mind seeing Biden in jail but a rational person realizes that your local police probably don't have the authority to make this happen even if they wanted to do it.
He didn't call an absurd amount of times. He only called 3 times in-fact. But he was warned that this is not an emergency situation and that if he called back he would be charged with misusing emergency services. Not to be thwarted by the warning that this is not a genuine emergency he called again after the warning and it was at that point that they decided to pay him a visit. The hilarious part is that when they arrived at his house he calmly answered the door, invited the police in, and gave them a "hold on a second" gesture as he was on the phone.... The call he needed to wrap up before speaking to his officer visitors, was with 911.
He was arrested and released on a very low bond. He will not do time for this but will likely have to go to court for a day and pay a silly fine. Another amusing part of this was that the authorities say they "suspect that alcohol was involved."
