Shareholders,

Words cannot describe the gratitude I personally have for you all as we separate from the State of California and incorporate in the State of Wyoming. It was a longer than necessary process due to failures on multiple fronts, and this letter is intended to give you all some insight on the current status of the company and it’s future.

Cease of Operations
Buns and Guns fitness, a company within the corporation has been released. This means that no more corporate revenue will be generated by this LLC.

Succeed Financial – Our company has been using excess cash to fund direct, peer-to-peer lending to customers in which I personally knew and vouched for. I was fully aware of the high-risk of these loans, however I felt that these individuals deserved a chance and did not qualify for traditional lending. This had been a catastrophic failure and has caused many problems, including the extended dissolution and domestication in Wyoming. Current outstanding accounts receivable stand over $8,000, with one payment on an account for $250 in the last year.. I am doing everything I can to work with these clients and am considering legal action if accounts are not cleared up after tax refund season. The loans were suppose to be paid in full before other obligations were to be paid, such as corporate taxation and the fulfillment of venture capital agreements with investors.

Moving forward all I can hope is that these clients do the right thing and fulfill their obligations to the company. Each of them were explained the significance of the failure to repay and the stress it would cause to my life's work (including that of my shareholders). I will begin to use my personal income to offset these bad debts and to inject the expected revenue into the corporation so I do not fail all of you that has entrusted me with your hard earned money, I just really hope they do the right thing.

Cash Investment Strategy
Since peer lending operations is no more, the company will invest cash reserve into venture paying more than current dividend rate, as well as into vetted services and blue-chip stock paying a dividend higher than our corporation. This way, our money will continue to work for us and obligations be paid.

Future Operations
There has been considerable advancements and venture opportunities for the company during the domestication to Wyoming. These include:

Real Estate
Billett Enterprises and Bartlett Investments, LLC are teaming up in Colorado on two properties to be restored and sold. Corporate rentals is also a viable option to increase passive income and value to the corporation, and may be discussed further.

Transpiration
I will be transferring a 1995 Freightliner semi-truck with 123,000 miles I personally bought to the corporation, which will be leased by a broker company to haul loads. I am expecting a decent revenue stream from this as well, with little overhead cost as the truck is fully paid for and will be used for LTL (less than truckload) contracts. This will also be increasing corporate value, which benefits our shareholders.

Righteous Discounts Retail Network
Due to the changing of policies within amazon, all amazon channels have ceased. This was a tremendous blow to operations and will take time to recover. E bay, bonanza and direct sales have been restarted and will continue to be expanded and hopefully we will be seeing similar revenue.

Digital Assets
I have personally seen tremendous success in the cryptocurrency markets, and have been brought on as a developer and author for a new social media platform. This is a ripe opportunity for the corporation to begin accumulating “real estate” within this social media platform.

Corporate Transparency
I will begin to be sending quarterly reports to all associated with the corporation with quarterly dividend checks. Please read them so you can be up to speed on current financial data, direction and events with the company.

Additionally, there will be releases and updates via social media.

Again, I thank you all for everything you have done and standing by us during these crazy time. Enclosed are your back-owed dividend checks. If you have any questions at all, please get a hold of me anytime.
