CCTV news: a few days ago, Hainan formulated the action plan for institutional integration and innovation of Hainan free trade port (2020-2022) and a list of institutional integration and innovation tasks. The plan focuses on the early arrangement of Hainan free trade port, focuses on the key tasks in recent three years, and carries out system integration and innovation from 18 fields.
Focusing on the key tasks of free trade port construction and the short version of business environment, the plan proposes to implement the negative list management of import and export commodity control around 18 key areas, such as free and convenient trade, free investment and safe and orderly flow of data, establish a new mode of "first line" liberalization and "second line" control port supervision, promote the integrated development of various types of trade, and build a new type of regional offshore international trade E-center. We should innovate and establish an integrated intellectual property protection mechanism and build a comprehensive intellectual property protection center. Focusing on the construction of key industries in Hainan's modern industrial system, we should innovate and develop trade finance, consumer finance, green finance, science and technology finance, and sea related finance. As the direction guidance of promoting system integration innovation in the next three years, a total of 60 key tasks have been determined.
