People look over the Gun Share Program art installation in the Daley Center Plaza in Chicago, US on Monday. It depicts replicas of AR-15 guns that are locked into a rack similar to bike sharing stations. The installation, sponsored by the Brady Center to prevent gun violence and draw attention to the ease in which guns can be obtained.

I always find it interesting that people who put up displays of this kind have no idea what the process for purchasing a gun is like. They always leave out the issues of mandatory background checks that are run through the FBI database along with the fact that gun store employees are required not to sell the weapon if they believe for any reason that you are either purchasing the item for someone else (strawman purchase) or if you intend to purchase to weapon to cause harm to others.
I have no issues with people making arguments against anything but at least stick to factual arguments instead of emotional pandering.
