Have Florida Highway Patrol Lost It?

A sex trafficking/kidnapping exercise went too far, with officers not telling their 'victims' that this was an exercise, leaving dozens of girls traumatized. This is criminal and cannot be excused.

This is outrageous and beyond belief. Yet it happend in Florida. It is sickening and more sinister than negligent in my view.

WHY?

No one can be this absent minded or deprived of emotional intelligence. This leaves us to consider this 'exercise' was a deliberate social engineering operation. What possible motivation, I ask.
Just off my head:

• to condition parents and children
• to create a new normal (living with terror)
• to make pedophilia and sex trafficking less extraordinaire
• solicit unconditional compliance of parents, children
• to conduct a social experiment to gage reaction

Whatever the truth, it was a criminal act that requires swift and hard hitting investigation and prosecution.
