According to a report of the Times of India, Hasina filed a lawsuit in a court in Alipore, West Bengal state on Tuesday.

It is said that Hasin has filed a lawsuit of Rs 10 lakh for the maintenance of her and her daughter.

Alipur court has ordered the court to appear before the court within 15 days of receiving the notice of the cases filed against those accused, including the Shamis, who have been accused in the 2005 case of Family Violence Act.

After the court order, Haksin Jahan's lawyer Zakir Hussain said, "The court ordered the prosecution to appear before the court within 15 days after receiving the notice. The next hearing of the case will be fixed on 4 May.

He said, "The case is different from the case which was made earlier, the case is different. Since the previous case, Shami has not given a penny to his wife, Hassan Jahan. Meanwhile, Shami gave a check of Rs one lakh rupees but later it was rejected. Hasina does not have the money to spend monthly now.

Earlier, the lawyer Zakir told the court that Shami earns about Rs 100 crores a year. Therefore, it is not a problem to give him the expense that he has been demanding.

He said, 'It is his responsibility to take care of the family and to bear the expenses of the wife and child. We have demanded Rs. 7 lakh as monthly expenditure of Hasin Jahan and Rs. 3 lakh as monthly cost of their daughters.

Besides, he also asked for safeguard instructions that he could not be released from Jadavpur's apartment, in the case of the case. Besides, Hasina submitted a petition in court to order her to keep her own custody.
