Most of what this guy is saying is true. Yes we must complain to make our voices heard, and maybe to influence some policies. But we must work harder than we've been working to get to the top. We have to work harder to be great lawyers, doctors, bankers, teachers, great entrepreneurs, influential policy makers. There are 24h in a day. Maybe we need to sleep 6 hours or 8h ( actually we must sleep less hours). We can march on the streets to complain for 2 hours. But the time that is left must be used to be very busy working hard to be powerful men and women in our society. We may not like what this guy is saying, but he is telling the truth.
