Mother is appointed as the first woman minister in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi government has appointed a woman as the minister for the first time in the country. King of the country, Salman has appointed Tamada Bint Uycef al-Ramah as the Minister of Labor and Social Development. Saudi Arabia's state news agency quoted the SPA as saying in Arab News.

It is said that Tamada has been appointed as the deputy minister of the ministry on Monday. King Salman approved this as part of the Saudi Defense Ministry's development.

In line with the national defense strategy of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Sarkar has made extensive plans for human resources, good governance, ministry's vision and strategy and institutional infrastructure.
