The president of the United States, Donald Trump , on the night of this October 26 has published in his personal Twitter account a short imprecise phrase. "Something very big just happened!" Trump has written without specifying what topic he refers to.

Subsequently, White House spokesman Hogan Gidley has indicated that the president plans to make an " important statement " in Washington at 9:00 (local time) on October 27
