WikiLeaks reposted the Fox News report which adds further suspicion to Seth Rich's murder

Rod Wheeler, the retired Washington homicide detective who was hired by a third party to investigate the case made the WikiLeaks claim. His claim was further corroborated by a federal investigator who spoke to Fox News
The federal investigator, who requested anonymity, said 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments between Democratic National Committee leaders, spanning from January 2015 through late May 2016, were transferred from Rich to MacFadyen before May 21.
An FBI forensic report of Rich's computer showed he made contact with WikiLeaks through whistle-blower supporter Gavin MacFadyen, a now-deceased investigative reporter, documentary & filmmaker.
Wikileaks has not officially said Seth Rich is the DNC leaker. Yet they did everything to make it look like he was including issuing a US$20k reward for information leading to conviction for the murder of the DNC staffer.
