The Obama Administration has set a new regulation overnight which re-classified a chemical compound known as nitrocellulose as a high explosive. This means any firearm company in the industry that used to store and transport this chemical compound cannot anymore. Nitrocellulose is a major ingredient required for the production of gunpowder.
