The International Crimes Tribunal (ICC) has given Myanmar time to the 27th of July for seeking a written reply to the Rohingya.
The company took the decision after a closed-door meeting on Thursday.
It is said in the court's ruling, "Since the issue of deportation of Rohingya citizens was started in Myanmar, the court felt that the first observation should be sought by Myanmar."
The court judges asked a written statement to Myanmar. It could be secretly or publicly.
It is also reported that Myanmar has also been asked to report on the condition of zero-point in Bangladesh-Myanmar border.
Myanmar is not an ICC member country, so the world's first permanent war crimes tribunal has no right to do in Myanmar.
In Rakhine state of Myanmar last August last year, about seven lakh Rohingyas were brought to Bangladesh in the face of rape of the army on arsonist massacre of Rohingya Muslims. The Rohingyas have entered Bangladesh even after the renegotiation agreement with Myanmar. Apart from this, more Rohingyas are staying in the zero-line.
