A fisherman recently catched a super rare dolphin. A conjoined twins dolphin so to say. There are only nine of them seen among the cetaceans. Erwin Kompanje is working at the Natural History Museum of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. As a curator of mammals he wanted to study the little dolphin. So this fisherman posted a photo online and you can guess he saw it and contacted immediately with the catcher also from the Netherlands.
The Fisher that bumped up the rare two headed dolphin. He thought that the specie was a protected one and was illegal to catch. After he took the photo he threw the fish back in the sea. The curator was very disappointed because, he couldn’t study the rare specimen.
