Internet Takeover Motion Denied...

With just a few minutes before midnight 9/30/2016, the motion to delay the internet takeover was denied:

..."When those efforts failed, four states' attorneys general made a last ditch effort  to delay it, filing a lawsuit and asking for a temporary restraining  order. THE INTERNET TAKEOVER IS HAPPENING. 

Will a motion to appeal the ruling be right around the corner?  Our lawmakers SAT on H.R. 1212 Internet Freedom Act for a bit over a year!!

CENSORSHIP will take place not only in the U.S. but also from around the world.  FREEDOM of Expression and of Speech has taken a huge hit.

If anything new develops, I will report it assuming 'reporting' is still open.
