T-Online reports that the Federal Criminal Police Office warns of "Self-Administrators" and of "Reichsbürgers".

Reichsbürger are people who say that Germany as a country doesn't exist and that the German Empire (Deutsches Reich) still exists today within the borders of 1937. The investigators say that the far-right movement is responsible for 13.000 criminal offenses and 750 violent offenses of which 700 were directed against employees of the government.

According to the investigators there is a high possibilty of violence up to terrrorist activities coming from the Reichsbürgers. They count 12.800 members of which 800 are far-right extremists. According to the Federal Criminal Police Office the refugee topic leads many into radicalization.

Further the investigators state that an even higher risk than the Reichsbürger movement is coming from the so called Self-Administrators who compared to the Reichsbürgers do not believe in state-authority and are willing to defend their autonomy with force. The investigators say that the lines between Self-Administrators and the Reichsbürgers are blurred.
