The Trump campaign proclaimed on Friday that the election "is not over" and that any projection of challenger Joe Biden securing the White House is "false."

The defiant statement comes as Biden has pulled ahead in Pennsylvania, where a win would secure the 270 electoral votes the former vice president needs to win the election. Biden also overtook Trump overnight in Georgia. Neither race has yet been called.
"This election is not over. The false projection of Joe Biden as the winner is based on results in four states that are far from final," Matthew Morgan, a member of Trump's campaign, said in a statement.
