This woman who is the senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District in the Senate, Mrs. Binta Masi Garba, on Sunday narrated the ordeal on how all that she had were set ablaze by her biological father after she gave her life to Jesus Christ.
This she said during a thanksgiving service that was organized to celebrate her 50th birthday at the Chapel of Praise International Church in Yola,on sunday.
When she was saying this,she broke into tears and telling the congregation how God helped and saved her to become the cornerstone/breadwinner in her family after depriving and rejecting her when she gave her life to Christ.
She said she gave her life to Christ while in primary school and her father got angry and burnt all her property then. But because of the faith she had in God,He made her the cornerstone of the family.
I want you to know that no matter what it may be,once you claim to accept Jesus as your Lord,despite many tortures and sufferings from people because of Christ,God will vindicate and silence everybody against your decision to follow Christ as this woman has done and was vindicated.
