The education board of Uttar Pradesh has issued a notice to the school of Aligarh in which the founder of Peace TV, Zakir Naik, is mentioned as 'important Islamic personality' in textbooks. At the same time, it has been ordered to investigate the incident.
Zakir Naik, a resident of India, has long been accused of anti-terrorism law. Later, Saudi Arabia provided shelter for him by citizenship. Now that Zakir Naik was picked up in the textbook, he started creating a new stir.
Today's news of the Times of India online said, in a book published by Aligarh school, Zakir Naik was portrayed as an important Islamic figure. Uttar Pradesh Education Department has already ordered an inquiry into the incident and sent a notice showing the reason for the Aligarh school.

The name of the text is 'Ilam-bin-Naaf'. Aligarh school government approved The syllabus of this school is not included in Islamic activities of Masud Nagar of Aligarh.

Aligarh Primary Education Officer (BSA) Dhirendra Kumar Yadav confirmed the incident. He said the school has sent a notice to show cause. A three-member investigation committee was formed to investigate the incident. The committee has been asked to submit the report within a week. After receiving the report, the process of cancellation of the school approval process will be started. He further said that the English medium school approved from the state government was taught from class 1 to class eight. The book is published by the school authorities themselves.

School manager Kanain Kawsar, who is in charge of editing the book, claims such allegations are baseless. He told reporters, there is no separate chapter about Zakir Naik in the book. The public awareness book was published in 2015. There was no charge against Zakir Naik at that time. This is the old version of the book. Now it has been changed.
Kounain Kawsar said, "There are pictures of many Islamic scholars on page 20 of the book. The second and third class students saw the pictures and identified them and named them. We are not teaching children about Zakir Naik. '
Zakir Naik has been accused of spreading rancor against religion and destroying harmony among different groups. On 1 July 2016, 51-year-old Jakir Naik escaped from India. India has banned its Islamic Research Foundation (IRF). Some of the militants killed in Holi artisan in Gulshan, Dhaka, were alleged to have been inspired by Zakir Naik's speech. After the Gulshan attack, Zakir Naik's activities were brought under surveillance. In November last year, Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a case against Zakir Naik and his associates. The Delhi High Court has recently upheld the decision to ban the organization, referring to the IRF president and its members admitting 'illegal activities'.
Zakir Naik has been refusing all the charges brought against him from the beginning.
