IOTA released its testnet with no coordinator

Coordinator (Coo), one of the most arguable roles in IOTA network has been removed in IOTA testnet, znet. In this testnet, IOTA decides to remove ledger validation. Additionally, all transactions are valid as long as they meet PoW requirement. Furthermore, IOTA introduces a new getConfidence API to calculate transaction’s confirmation confidence.
