First Brexit and Catalonia, now Italy holds autonomy referendum
Italy's wealthy northern regions of Lombardy and Veneto are going to vote on whether to take more control over their own affairs.
It surely is an interesting time we live in. I guess the old saying that History repeats itself is in a sense true. Globalism is maybe for some similar to the old monarch systems.
That said I cant see many governments allowing this.

I think there is a very distinct common thread. While not obvious at first glance, each instance is an example of where huge swaths of the population being ignored by the state. If you pay in and support a county, state, or country receiving adequate representation is a necessity.
There's worldwide revolution on the way. Does anyone else see it? Do you think there will be any significant changes here and elsewhere in the world?

The problem I see is the poor representation of the rulers towards the people. We see how the government spends the money of the people. We see as rulers become billionaires and we see that the cities are neglected and the public services deficient and bad. I think that's where all the problematic. In a word Corruption.
