Although 2017 was a year with many celebrity deaths, none made such a profound effect on me as the death of Jim Lahey (John Dunsworth). Those who have watched Trailer Park Boys can attest to the heart and soul that this man poured into his character Jim Lahey. He was both the law and liquor. John Dunsworth was a native of Nova Scotia and prominent actor in the regional theater. He had four children. Despite Jim Lahey's love for liquor, the man behind the mask rarely drank. I am writing this post to give thanks to Mr. Dunsworth for his hard work and dedication to acting. He provided me and my pot smoking friends countless hours of unparalleled laughter and entertainment. Please honor this great man and watch an episode of Trailer Park Boys tonight.
