This is a great example of how the left works. They don't back down in advance of what they want, no matter HOW unconstitutional or illegal it is. They just do it, and then wait for the challenge... and half the time, nobody challenges.

Will the GOP put up a hand here? I think not. This is what progressivism really means. Try it, and maybe you move the window, maybe you set a new standard, establish a new norm. If not, try again next time.
