Another year will come and another challenges will be present.
2017 is a roller coaster ride.
Every year it is our tradition to have a New Years resolution.

In the year to come, here are my New Years Reolution.
First,
No more smoking. I quit smoking last 2009 as my new years resolution. It was successful until one time in 2017, I was so stressed out and tried to buy a stick. Until then it became 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on. This year a commit not to buy one.

Second,
More water intake. I drink a glass of water everyday which is very far from the 6-8 glasses a day. I normally drink soda and coffee as a substitute to water. Need to drink more for health reasons.

Third,
Leaving work on time. Procastinating work and other deliverables will delay the results. Will have proper time management and proper planning to make sure that output is efficient and effective. Less stress if everything is on time.

And lastly, more basketball.
I have been playing basketball my entire 20s. I felt that my body is getting weaker because of no exercise. This year will have more basketball games and more exercise to be more fit and healthy.
