Calling all the NEW YORKERS out there on Steemit - let's do something exciting together!

Hey my dear NYC neighbors!

I'm looking to find out how many of us are here on Steemit to do great stuff together!

I've already introduced myself here, but most likely you have never seen it, so once again - I am Katya, nice to meet you!

As you could have guessed, I live in NYC:)

I am on the left, and to the right is my friend and startup partner, also Katya.

We are working on a community project called Handmade Charity

I've been talking about it for a while on Steemit, so just briefly - we are bringing kids with disabilities and their families to New York restaurants and cafes to make cooking and creative master classes. The idea is very simple - help them develop their social skills, help their families enjoy the time out on weekends and help ourselves get rid of the prejudices and realize how great the interaction with these kids can be!

So, guys, we are doing it not only for these families, but also for YOU and for our beloved city!

We want to make New York a better place to live! And I count on your support on that!:)

So what exactly can we do together on Steemit?
