De son point de vue, la violence ne doit pas être considérée comme un fait portant atteinte à un bien ou à une personne, mais comme une dynamique nécessaire, une masse d’énergie poussée à son paroxysme, à certains moments historiques, afin de permettre une rupture. 1789, 1793, 1848, 1871, 1917… autant de ruptures réussies ou non, aux conséquences positives ou non, qui ont pu se réaliser grâce et uniquement grâce à la violence.
