MY GOAT MEAT PEPPER SOUP WITH PAP CAKE

What a cold morning , thinking of what to eat apart from the regular bread and tea, then this just came into my mind. And I like eating healthy.
The process wasn't difficult, just to get the following

Goat meat
Fresh red pepper
Scent leaf
Seasoning
Salt
Garlic
Grinded pepper soup spice
Onions
Water
Very easy to prepare, just wash the goat meat thoroughly , put in a pot,add the garlic, salt, seasoning cubes, onions and allow to cook for like 30 minutes, because some goat meat can be very though.

Add the fresh red pepper that has being previously blended, add a little onions and pepper soup spice. You can add more water if you want a large quantity, check if the salt and seasoning are ok, but if not you can still add little, allow to cook for another 5minutes, add scent leaf, cover and allow to boil for another 2minutes.

Your goat meat pepper soup is ready, bring down the pot. Very delicious, healthy and easy to prepare. You can choose to eat it with either yam, rice, Eba, or just the pepper soup with cold drink. But I decided to down my own with pap cake,( agidi just like the Igbos call it) or eko (Yoruba version). It is fermented corn that has being grinded, washed, cooked and turned into a stiff gel prior to consumption.
