After seeing and eating different types of fried rice I decided to try it my own way. The #3 steps way.
#STEP 1
Get all the ingredients, this include:
RICE
CARROT
GREEN PEAS
GREEN BEANS
LIVER FROM COW
GREEN PEPPER
CURRY AND THYME POWDER
SEASONING CUBES
GROUNDNUT OIL
SPRING ONIONS
SALT
GRINDED PEPPER
CHICKEN STOCK
STEP#2
Chop the carrot,green peas and beans,liver,spring onions,green pepper.
boil the rice, set it aside. Put the chicken stock in the pot you want to cook with, add the rice, more water if need be, taste for salt add curry and thyme, little grinded pepper,seasoning cube, groundnut oil. Cover and allow to boil.
STEP#3
Bring the rice down from fire , put another put,add little oil,chopped vegetables and seasoning and little salt, stir for #5minutes
add the vegetables to the rice and stir until it's evenly missed.
