WELCOME TO NIGERIA; A COUNTRY WHERE COWS ARE MORE VALUABLE THAN CITIZENS

Lest you forget, I value and hold my country in high esteem. Therefore you should endeavor to see the real reason behind this post and not otherwise. Nigeria is my country and I pledge allegiance to her, but with the recent happenings, I think it's high time I wrote something so that the world will see how exactly citizens are treated.

So many things happen in this country which sits in the western region on the African map. For the security agents who are supposed to be protecting us, doing the direct opposite (including extorting us) is a high level of decay in the polity. For the Fulani cow-herdsmen to slaughter more than 73 natives of benue state without a single arrest made is an assault on humanity. When I was younger (some 5-6 years back), I have had experiences of these herdsmen slaughter farmers on their farms in cold blood over trivial misunderstandings ranging from flogging a cow which trespassed into the farmer's farmland and ate up tender plants to the farmer's issued stances to a herdsman.

I have known some close family friends who met their untimely death in the hands of these herdsmen while on their farms. Very many women have been rendered midday widows because of the ungodly activities of these herdsmen. The number of children who has become orphans from the activities of these herdsmen is innumerable.

Has any meaning Nigerian sat to think of the number of homes that had been left in shambles owing to the activities of these murderous herdsmen? Oh! how I hear the grieves of people in Benue state.

Welcome to the Nigeria where the president is asking the citizens to keep quiet and never to voice out or else face arrest, instead of rising to challenge the heinous acts. In another development, some chieftains from the affected state converged at the federal capital territory to pour out their heart to Mr. President but in response, he proposed setting up a cattle colony in that state and every other state in the federation. These colonies will automatically give the herdsmen a large say in the affairs of each of these states.

In this recent attack on some settlers in benue state more than 73 Nigerians were slaughtered, how many herdsman was slaughtered and how many were arrested for slaughtering?

WELCOME TO A NIGERIA, WERE HERDSMEN FROM NIGER REPUBLIC KILL CITIZENS OF NIGERIA BY BIRTH AND GO SCOT FREE BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT IS AN ELDER BROTHER TO THEM (THE HERDSMEN)

I strongly frown at these herdsmen activities and I also join thousands of other Nigerians to say NO to cattle colonies and NO to herdsmen killings...If this is same with you,
