She got a big heart.
So large a heart, it accommodates all
A welcoming smile
I bet she smiled on her first day
Almost two decades ago
When she graced this world.
I heard everyone cried.
The doctor pinched and tugged
She giggled even louder.
That beautifully sculpted smile,
never leaves her face
I pray it never does.
So endearing she is, right from the cradle
She clung not to the placenta
Like a clingy kid to his toy
She let go, to show some love
To a chaotic world.
As you remember that day,
You will get a return
Like a hamper of love
In a long prosperous life.
