اقترب مانشستر سيتي الإنكليزي من عقد صفقة غير مسبوقة في تاريخ النادي الذي يحمل لقب الدوري الإنكليزي الممتاز .
وذكرت صحيفة ميرور الإنكليزية أن مانشستر سيتي اقترب من الاتفاق مع شركة بوما للمنتجات الرياضية لرعاية قميص الفريق بقيمة 50 مليون جنيه إسترليني سنويًا بعد أن كان النادي يحصل على 20 مليونًا فقط في العقد القديم مع شركة نايكيومن المتوقع أن يبدأ عقد الرعاية قبل موسم 2019-2020 ليصبح نادي مانشستر سيتي صاحب المركز الثالث في أكبر عقود الرعاية في الدوري الإنكليزي بعد مانشستر يونايتد وتشيلسي .

Man City plans the largest commercial deal in its modern history
Manchester City have moved closer to an unprecedented deal in the history of the Premier League club.
The English newspaper Mirror reported that Manchester City came close to agreeing with Puma Sports Products to sponsor the team's shirt worth 50 million pounds a year after the club was only getting 20 million in the old contract with Nike.
The sponsorship contract is expected to begin before the 2019-2020 season, making Manchester City the third-largest club in the Premier League after Manchester United and Chelsea.
Manchester United receive 75 million pounds from Adidas while Chelsea receive 60 million from Nike.
