Yet another critical background aspect about 9-11. One has to consider that the government decision-making about which program to use, resulting in the already proven ThinThread program being canceled just before 9-11, had as much or more to do with obfuscating activities that would reveal the 9-11 plot, rather than the cited "excuse" of cost.
