Complexity is the enemy of no-code
Companies need to be able to develop IT solutions quickly and easily. A no-code toolset helps organizations be more efficient and more easily address their business challenges. No-code reduces dependency on IT, reduces workload and helps prioritize existing workloads better. As the need for digital solutions grows, organizations need support to accelerate digital transformation. No-code keeps IT departments in control while empowering non-business people to create new everyday applications and processes with easy-to-use, pre-built building blocks.
What is low code?
Although the purpose of this method is similar to the widely used low-code approach, no-code development even goes one step further. Low-code development aims to provide easy-to-use programming solutions that allow non-technical users to work within one platform and quickly build custom applications using pre-built templates and drag-and-drop elements. By configuring settings and using pre-built components, they can move their projects forward faster than if they had to code everything from scratch. Junior developers and business analysts can also take advantage and get more involved in projects than they otherwise could.
However, beyond a certain point, limited programming skills are required to ensure full functionality. Low-code still offers a number of advantages over manual programming, e.g. B. Shortcuts that take the developer beyond the framework and testing phase straight into building the app. But in the end, someone with at least a basic knowledge of programming needs to polish and finish the project.
