What part of the bison was used?

The name disarray returns to the times of the pioneers. “Buffalo” has Greek roots, and means bull like creature. While, “Wild Bison Meat” comes from the French word “boeufs” which means bull or bullock. So the beginnings of the misnomer are amazingly comparative, prompting considerably further disarray. The term wild ox goes back farther than the word Bison, notwithstanding, Bison is the authority name of the image of the outskirts. The two names for a similar creature were basically an aftereffect of the American mixture and various societies acclimatizing together.
